There is an excellent opportunity for a driven, motived Conference and Events Coordinator to join the Sales team. This is the ideal location for you to develop your skills and shine in a friendly, professional and collaborative team environment. We are also offering you an excellent opportunity to champion your customer service skills by enhancing the clients’ experience through your interactions with both new and existing clients.
In this position you will be required to undertake sales and administration duties for the Conference and Events team with tasks including:
- Timely, professional, effective handling of sales based enquiries
- Production of contracts and proposals
- Assisting with sales promotions and campaigns
- Event coordination and liaising with clients to determine their event needs.
The ideal candidate will have exemplary organisational skills, attention to detail, a self-starter and able to work autonomously as well as being naturally tech savvy and efficient when navigating through our operating system OPERA. Some weekend work will be required
