The RACV Goldfields Resort located in Creswick, close to Ballarat and Daylesford, is a 4.5 star resort which hosts bar, restaurant and extensive conference and event facilities.
We currently have a rare opportunity for an outgoing, highly motivated, talented and team-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Ideally you will have extensive experience in a busy 4/5 star restaurant setting with exposure to delivering large functions.
As a Supervisor, you will have an eye for detail and experience in managing a team, rostering, reporting, budgeting, training and development of teams; as well as a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Your excellent communication skills and approachable personality will set you apart from the rest. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts across a 7 day rotating roster is essential.
